My lifelong passion has been empowering people to live longer, healthier lives. Although I stepped away from clinical practice years ago, I spent decades caring for tens of thousands of patients. FAQ 1 - What happens after I sign up?

After registration, you will get immediate access to the Wellness Vault. In the Vault you will find your Coaching Agreement. Read it, sign it, and return to the email listed within the Agreement.  You need to sign and return this document prior to attending your first coaching session.

FAQ 2 - What is the Wellness Vault?

This treasure trove of resources will keep your learning experience fresh and rejuvenated. It is set up in a "drip" format, meaning that all resources are not unlocked immediately. You need time to learn and digest a block of information before learning a new skill. There will be new information unlocked weekly for the first seven weeks, then 1-2X monthly, or more, thereafter.

FAQ 3 - What happens if I can't make a coaching session?

No worries. The sessions will be recorded and added to the vault.

FAQ 4 - Why are so many resources available for such a low price?

During the launch of this new program, the price will be low. Once you sign up, you are grandfathered in and your monthly price will not change, though the price of the program is anticipated to increase significantly over time.

FAQ 5 - How many women will be in my Live Coaching Sessions?

This is a new launch, so anticipate a small number of people at the beginning. More ladies may join over time. Additional time slots will be opened over time at the discretion of the Coach. However, each participant is only allowed to attend one session monthly.

FAQ 6 - What is the 'Community?'

This is a safe space where all ladies who sign up for group coaching can go for support and to suggest topics they would like to discuss. Threads will be initiated by admin, but everyone can comment to support others, make comments, or just ask questions. Note, questions must be general questions are not an avenue for obtaining medical advice. This is NOT a HIPAA-compliant platform, so no personal health information should be posted.
