First things first—just call me Ann! I’m not your personal doctor, and I look forward to connecting with all of you on a first-name basis. My lifelong passion has been empowering people to live longer, healthier lives. Although I stepped away from clinical practice years ago, I spent decades caring for tens of thousands of patients. Witnessing so much preventable pain and suffering is what fueled my commitment to teaching others how to naturally Prevent, Treat, and Reverse many chronic diseases through the power of lifestyle.

That’s why I chose to enroll in—and proudly complete—a phenomenal program in Woman-Centered Coaching to better support our unique health journeys.
